At Serendipity Sam’s we have been working hard to improve our centre for your enjoyment.

August 2011 – New cleaning contractors employed to ensure the standard of cleanliness remains a priority. FastTrack ticketing introduced onĀ  a trial basis. Further works on Reception started. Agreements in place to provide regular term time activities and entertainment starting from late September. Summer holiday fun with regular free activities and entertainment throughout the holidays

July 2011 – Centre closed for two days to complete a number of improvements, deep cleaning and ball pool cleaning. New stage area built

July 2011 -A number of our team completed Health & Safety training, further cementing our commitment to investing in our team, and also in the health and safety of our customers

June 2011 – A number of new dining tables and chairs added. Party thrones added. New air hockey table

May 2011 – Ball pool clean

May 2011 – A number of our team started NVQs in a variety of subjects including Customer Service to cement our commitment to investing in our team, who in turn will invest in offering a great service to our customers

April 2011 – Introduction of new coupe car area, new soft play area for under 2s. Previous under 4 play frames now for 2-5 year olds. Various maintenance work completed to further improve safety.

March 2011 – Centre and play frame deep clean, including ball pool santiation (Now due again by 8th June)

21st February 2011 – First Aid for Parents course announced and new partnership with Atlantis First Aid

21st February 2011 – New range of ‘handies’ added (Nappies/baby wipes/dummies/nappy bags) available from Reception

8th February 2011 – Olmypian Liz Yelling and Serendipity Sam’s join forces to promote Healthy Play Every Day

8th February 2011 – Ball Pool Deep Clean & Sanitation (Due again by 8th May)

February 2011 – New Menu launched

28th January 2011 – Heating system serviced.

January 2011 – Community Noticeboard established offering FREE advertising for local events and business (for customers)

5th January 2011 – New weekday meal offer; Monday to Friday 12pm – 2pm buy an adults meal and the childs meal is free (selected meals, terms apply)

27th December & 29th DecemberĀ  2010 – Reception refurbishment completed; diner mini refurbishment; installation of Sam’s space rocket; and Sam’s jungle scene

Throughout December 2010 – Party rooms 1-4 now feature our characters; Room 1 becomes Jeremy’s Room; Room 2 becomes Kitty’s Room; Room 3 becomes Lemmy’s Room and Room 4 becomes Bella’s Room

Throughout December 2010 – Various training/re-training of team members to improve service

7th December – Second till point installed at the diner to offer faster service

7th December – Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sunkist Orange, Sunkist Lemon & Lime, Orange Juice now available from our drinks guns at Kitty’s Kitchen

7th December – Mezzanine floor area covered to improve view from play frame

3rd – 7th December – Play frame maintenance and install of our new ‘bumpy walk’

1st December – Kitchen deep clean. New food safety training for all kitchen team members.

30th November – Centre deep clean, all areas fully deep cleaned/sanitised. Contract cleaners start work to maintain a high standard of cleanliness

29th November – Party room 1 re-decorated

24th November – Fire door alarming system installed

24th November – All toilets re-opened (boys, girls and disabled)

18th November – Boys Toilets re-opened, nice and clean. Boys Toilets temporarily the Girls as work starts on the Girls toilets

17th November – Work finished in Boys Toilets, ready for a good deep clean

17th November – New heaters installed in 3 party rooms

16th November – Work starts on Boys Toilets

13th November – New Cosmic Play Session launch night

10th November – New security gates fitted on entrance and exit. More new centre lighting

25th October 2010 – New improved play party packages launched

23rd October 2010 – First stage of reception area improvement completed

22nd October 2010 – New improved Laser party package using our new laser guns launched

19th Ocotober 2010 – New comfy sofas arrive. Roof line lighting maintenance overhaul

18th October 2010 – New improved menu launched. All food and beverage team have been re-trained in delivering fast, friendly service

15th October 2010 – New spiders web and ball area installed in main play frame

11th October 2010 – All ball pools and balls deep cleaned; new balls delivered and installed

6th October 2010 – New Piazza D’Oro Coffee and PG Tips Leaf Tea machine installed offering freshly ground coffee and freshly brewed leaf tea

5th October 2010 – Yellow tube slide repaired

W/c 27th September 2010 – New building cleaning schedule introduced offering cleaner facilities

28th September 2010 – All carpeted areas fully cleaned and repaired

23rd September 2010 – Polar Krush Slush machine installed offering Blue Raspberry and Strawberry slush drinks (Strawberry slush contains real fruit juice)

Throughout September 2010 – Various play frame improvements and play frame deep clean

20th September 2010 – Increased dining space (some new tables and chairs)

We will continue to improve our service on a daily basis, and we are always looking at what else would make the centre look better, operate better or ways in which our team can offer more.
