Serendipity Sam’s, award winning play centre in Christchurch, Dorset is now recruiting for enthusiastic, friendly, helpful and outgoing superstars to work in various areas of the business.
PLAY & PARTY MANAGER – 30 Hours Per Week – Salary Negotiable
As Play & Party Manager your role will be to cover Duty Management shifts, and pro-actively lead and manage a team. You will be responsible for key areas of the business and will work towards targets to ensure the centre achieves its goals.
An average week will include running shifts, training and developing your team members, marketing and selling parties or events, planning and scheduling, general departmental duties.
Previous supervisory or management experience essential, as is experience in a customer focused environment, preferably within the leisure industry. Full training will be provided.

As a key part of our team you will prepare meals, serve food and drinks, clear tables, clean, and other duties. Experience in a cooking environment preferred, not essential as full training will be provided.
