Bonfire Night featuring Serendipity Sam and his friends… (Part 4)

Jeremy placed the Guy on the top of the bonfire and was just about to light it when Bella shouted “STOP RIGHT THERE!”.

“What’s the matter?” asked Jeremy.

“You have to check the bonfire first to make sure a hedgehog hasn’t crawled underneath” explained Bella

“Well done Bella, you’re right again” said Jeremy

Jeremy used a stick to check underneath the bonfire and then he very carefully lit it.

Everyone stood behind the rope and watched the Guy burn. Jeremy then lit the fireworks making sure he closed the lid of the tin tightly after each one was taken out.
