I wasn’t previously aware of your staff reward system and had never been to Serendipity Sams before when I booked my son’s party through Groupon. I can honestly say I felt the need to contact you regarding the way our son’s party exceeded all expections in every way. I was absolutely dreading being in charge of 12-14, 4 year olds but Charlotte our party host was absolutely amazing. She was so supporting it made the whole thing enjoyable and took on all of the jobs such as cutting and wrapping the cake that would have taken me away from the party.
My son had the most amazing day and we will definitely be coming back, probably for our other son’s birthday! I cannot begin to explain how it is so refreshing to see such brilliance in customer service.
I have also had the most helpful response from every single other member of the staff I have spoken to or dealt with leading up to today so I’d like to say a big THANK YOU and believe as a company you should be very proud of your staff.
